Hi there, Daisy!
Welcome to
planDisney. I hope your pixie-dusted planning is going well and that you’re looking forward to all the magic that awaits you at the Happiest Place on Earth!
If you know in advance that you’re unable to visit the
Disneyland Resort theme parks on the day of your
theme park reservation, it’s best to cancel it so other Guests can make a reservation. If you don’t cancel your reservation before the date you have booked arrives, your ticket remains valid for use on another day, but you may not be able to secure a new reservation until the original date has passed. For example, if you have a
theme park reservation on a Saturday but that morning arrives and you realize you aren't able to go after all, you may not be able to select a new date immediately and would need to check back the following day to reschedule. Please keep in mind that the theme park reservation days available to you for future booking may depend on the type, tier and/or expiration date of the
theme park ticket linked to your account on
Disneyland.com or in the
Disneyland mobile app.
I hope this information answers your question, Daisy. Please don’t hesitate to write back if you have any other questions as your planning continues!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
