how do I cancel my reservation?

    Hi there, Steven!

I’m so sorry to hear that you have to cancel your Disney reservation. It’s always a little heartbreaking when plans change. The good news is, Disney makes it pretty simple to cancel, though I know it’s not nearly as fun as planning the trip.

If you booked directly through Disney, you can log into your My Disney Experience account, go to “My Plans,” and scroll down to your reservation. There should be an option to either “Cancel Reservation” or “Modify.” Once you click “Cancel,” you’ll see the details about any refunds or fees, depending on how close you are to your travel dates. If you don’t see that option or run into any issues, you can call Disney and speak with a Cast Member, as they’re always kind and helpful, even when it’s a sad call to make.

If you booked through a travel agent, you’ll need to contact them directly so they can process the cancellation on your behalf.

If your plans change, please stop by and visit with us again. We'd be delighted to help you with planning your next trip.

    Toodles,
    Korliss
