I want to cancel my reservation

Hi Shirley! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel your upcoming vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you get the chance to reschedule in the near future. Let's discuss how to go about making this change.

The easiest way to cancel your reservation is by logging into your My Disney Experience account and selecting "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. As you scroll down you'll see your Disney Resorts hotel reservation with a link that reads "Cancel Reservation" to the right of the screen. Click on this to follow the prompts to complete your request. Since you are more than 30 days from your visit, you'll receive a full refund for any amount you already paid.

If you do not see an option to cancel your reservation online, you'll need to call the Walt Disney World Resort to speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to help you with your cancellation over the phone and make sure you receive your full refund.

Shirley, when the time comes to plan a visit again, stop back and see us at planDisney for help with any step of the process. We'll be happy to help you with every aspect of your stay, including questions about Disney Resorts hotels, theme parks, and the ins and outs of using Disney Genie+. The team here at planDisney is equipped to help you with creating the most magical experience possible!

I hope to see ya real soon!
