Now, I'd be happy to help you get this taken care of! Since it looks like you were planning to visit this coming September, you are well outside the
30-day minimum required to cancel your reservation without penalty. So, let's start by logging into your
My Disney Experience account. From there, hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the upper right corner, and click on "My Plans." Once that page is loaded, you can scroll down to see your vacation plans and click on the "Cancel Reservation" button. Follow the prompts to cancel, and you will be all set!
Alternatively, you can speak to one of the fabulous Cast Members on the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team by calling (407) 939-1936, and they will be happy to help you get your reservation canceled. They might also be able to explore some new dates if you are simply looking to reschedule to a more convenient time. Whatever works best for you, Billie!
