how do i cancel a reservation?

James, thanks so much for your question. It's a pleasure and an honor to serve you at planDisney. All the folks here love nothing better than helping people plan their trip to Walt Disney World Resort. However, we realize that sometimes circumstances change and people have to modify or even cancel their vacation. To do that, you are going to need to speak to a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort. They will be able to speak to your specific reservation and help you modify or cancel it.

If you have to cancel this particular trip, I do hope you're able to join us soon. "The World's Most Magical Celebration" began on October 1, 2021 and lasts for 18-months. The Theme Parks are full of new magic to be experienced, such as Remy's Ratatouille Adventure and Harmonious at EPCOT, Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park, and Disney KiteTails at Disney's Animal Kingdom. As we celebrate 50 years of making dreams come true, we would love you to be our guest.
