I’m sorry to see your plans to visit the Happiest Place on Earth have changed. Here’s a brief walk-through to cancel your theme park reservation on the
Disneyland mobile app:
On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with the date and park you selected previously. Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”. Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”. Go ahead and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellation.
Once you’re done with this step, you can then make a
theme park reservation for another date. At this time, you can make theme park reservations
up to 120 days in advance. Once you’ve made another theme park reservation, you’ll then receive a confirmation email with a new QR code.
