How do I cancel a reservation

Hello, Amanda! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. While I’m sorry to hear that your plans have changed, I’d be happy to help you navigate the Disney cancellation process.

Disney vacations have luckily always been easy to cancel and modify. Coming from someone who has had to cancel two trips in the past year, I am very familiar with the process! To cancel your reservation, call Disney Reservations via telephone and let the friendly Cast Members handle the rest! Reservations can be canceled most of the time without penalty if done so at least 30 days before your arrival.

Amanda, I hope that this information helps you cancel your trip, and hopefully, you can be on your way to scheduling a new one very soon! When you’re ready, take a peek at the Special Offers pages to see what deals may be available that appeal to you. With the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort on the horizon, there is so much excitement to come! Whenever you’re ready, we are here waiting to help you plan the trip of your dreams!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
