If you're looking to cancel a Walt Disney World Resort theme park reservation that you made through the
Disney Park Pass system, you can easily manage that change through the "My Plans" section of your
My Disney Experience account. When you sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to your "My Plans" section, you should see your theme park reservations displayed under the "Daily Itinerary" tab, and you should see a "View Details" link. When you click on the "View Details" link, you'll see a link labeled "Cancel This Reservation." You can make these changes either on the Walt Disney World Resort website or through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can create new theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system.
If you're looking to
cancel a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, you can also manage that through your My Disney Experience account depending on the type of reservation. If you do not see a link for "Cancel Reservation" displayed with your Resort hotel reservation, it could be that your reservation can only be cancelled by phone and not online. You can contact Walt Disney World Resort directly by calling call (407) 934-7639 for help with a cancellation of your hotel reservation.
