They really help us get so much done, especially when we’re trying to pack in as much as possible before and after nap time! So let’s talk about cancellations and refunds.
Lightning Lane Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, however they can be extremely flexible if your plans change! Once you’ve purchased Lightning Lane Passes, you can modify the date, time, or theme park, depending on which type of Pass you have, and subject to availability, of course. In the
My Disney Experience app, go to ☰ in the lower right corner and then Lightning Lane Passes. Here you’ll find your current Lightning Lane Passes to modify. If your new date or theme park is more expensive, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference in price. Just keep in mind that if you switch to a less expensive selection, you won’t receive a refund.
If you run into any issues, give the
App and MagicBand Support phone number a call, and a Cast Member would be happy to help! And, when you’re in the theme parks, you can also look for the
Guest Experience Team kiosks (often under a blue umbrella), who can provide same day support.
A really cool extra bonus you’ll get with Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Premiere Pass is complimentary digital downloads of select
attraction photos and videos! My family loves these action shots, and they’re always our favorite pictures from our vacations.
