Hi how do we cancel 4 purchased tickets?

    Hello, Alyx!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question about Disneyland Resort tickets. I’m sorry to hear your plans to travel to the Happiest Place on Earth may have changed! Before you make any big decisions, I want to make sure you’re aware of all the options available to you.

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are generally non-refundable and can’t be canceled once the transaction is complete and you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions of purchasing them. You do have the option of keeping your tickets for use during a future visit if you’re unable to travel to the resort when you originally planned. Plus, keep in mind that even after they expire, the price you paid for unused theme park tickets can be applied as credit toward the purchase of valid tickets in the future! If you’d still like to explore any other options that might be available, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about your specific situation. Be sure to have all your ticket and credit card information on hand when you place the call.

I hope this answers your question, Alyx. Please feel free to visit us again with any other pixie-dusted planning questions you may have!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
