    Hi how do we cancel 4 purchased tickets?

    Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are generally non-refundable and can’t be canceled once the transaction is complete and you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions of purchasing them. You do have the option of keeping your tickets for use during a future visit if you’re unable to travel to the resort when you originally planned. Plus, keep in mind that even after they expire, the price you paid for unused theme park tickets can be applied as credit toward the purchase of valid tickets in the future! If you’d still like to explore any other options that might be available, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about your specific situation. Be sure to have all your ticket and credit card information on hand when you place the call.
