Welcome to planDisney, Kariman! I'm so glad that I get to answer your question today.
Tickets are an important part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I'm happy to walk you through what to do if you need to make some changes.
Currently, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable but, in some cases, you may be able to use your unexpired Theme Park tickets for a future vacation. If you have questions about what to do with Theme Park admission that you purchased but no longer plan on using, the best thing to do is
call the hotline for Existing Tickets so a Cast Member can talk you through your options. They can let you know if your unexpired, unused ticket can be modified, and then you can decide what to do from there.
If you already know the new dates you want to use your ticket for, you can make changes yourself using
My Disney Experience. Click on "My Plans," then select your ticket and click "Change Tickets." From here, you'll be able to modify the type of ticket you have or change the date you want to use it. If there is a difference in price for the new date you've selected, you'll be able to pay that amount when you finish making your changes.
Have a magical day, Kariman!
Jessica
