Hi there, Yvette!
You are welcome to make changes to your
theme park reservation as long as your ticket is still valid. Your
theme park ticket will remain linked to your Disneyland Resort account even after canceling an associated park reservation. In most cases, there is no need to purchase another park ticket to make a new park reservation. If you are using a one-day ticket and wish to book a reservation for a new date that is for a
higher-tier ticket, you must first upgrade your ticket at a main entrance ticket booth.
To cancel an existing park reservation, visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. You can click the “Cancel Reservation” link and follow the prompts to confirm. Then return to the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to book a new reservation. In the
Disneyland mobile app, you can find your theme park ticket in the “Tickets and Passes” screen. And your park reservations for future dates can be found on the “Future Plans” screen. Both of those views are accessible from the ☰ feature menu of the app.
I hope that helps get you one step closer to The Happiest Place on Earth, Yvette. If you have any more questions about visiting the Disneyland Resort, we would be happy to welcome you back to planDisney again.
See ya’ real soon!
