    We had to cancel 1 person off our reservation. My travel agent said they told her I need to go end asap and change our booking number to the new one and we shouldn't loose any of our reservations we have made. I can't find where I do this.

    It can be tricky when plans change last minute, but now more than ever, Walt Disney World is there for you, ready to help you have the trip of your dreams!

    When it comes to removing someone from your reservation with a couple of weeks to go, I suggest you contact Disney Reservations and do so over the phone. They can make sure to let you know if there will be any change fees incurred and can make the necessary changes. There may be wait times on hold, so plug in some Bluetooth headphones and enjoy the Disney tunes while you get other things done! 
     
    Check out these details on cancellations and modifications to Disney vacations. In summary, when it comes to changes, the sooner, the better, as you may be subject to fees as your vacation dates draw nearer. For example, changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package, and changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee.
