Magic Key.
Once purchased, Magic Keys cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. However, you can always call the
Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277, and they’ll be happy to assist with any questions or changes related to your Magic Key payments. Don’t forget, California residents have the option to make monthly payments on their Magic Keys.
If you're finding that you don’t have as much time to use your pass right now, there’s some good news: if you haven't activated your Magic Key yet, you actually have one year from the date of purchase to activate it. That means you can wait until your schedule opens up to begin using it.
If your unused Magic Key pass expires, you may be able to apply the amount paid toward a new and available Magic Key pass of equal or greater value. The original purchase price will be credited toward the new pass, and any difference in price will need to be paid at the time of upgrade.
If your question is about not renewing your Magic Key when it expires, the good news is you don’t need to do anything at all. Magic Keys do not auto-renew; they will automatically deactivate on the expiration date.
