    How to cancel passes

    Welcome to planDisney, Breante!

Thanks for sending your question our way. As a fellow member of the Annual Passholder family, I'd be happy to address your inquiry.

Per the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your pass, Walt Disney World Annual Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly payment plans for Florida residents cannot be canceled.

If you haven't used your pass, you can wait to activate it until the expiration date. For example, if you purchased your pass on November 1, 2024, but have yet to enter a theme park, you have until November 1, 2025, to do so. Your year as an Annual Passholder begins the first day you visit a theme park. Regular single and multi-day theme park tickets are also non-refundable, so the same rules apply if you have these in your account.

I know this differs from what you hoped to hear, Breante. If there is anything else we at planDisney can do to help you make the most of your remaining time as an Annual Passholder, please don't hesitate to reach out. Additionally, if you have extenuating circumstances, you are welcome to contact V.I.Passholder Support or Walt Disney World Existing Tickets to see if there is anything else they can do for you.

Thanks again for reaching out to planDisney. Best wishes for a safe and happy holiday season.

    Have a magical day,
    Betsy

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
