Hello Cindy! Changes in plans are usually a part of Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Fortunately, the
My Disney Experience app makes it rather simple for Guests to make changes to their Disney Park Pass reservations. I’ll happily walk you through how to make that change.
You’ll need to cancel your existing
Disney Park Pass reservation and then make a new one. One quick tip is to check the Disney Parks Reservation Availability Calendar prior to canceling your existing reservation. You’ll want to make sure that there is availability in another park. Once you see that there is availability in another park, you can go ahead and cancel your existing theme park reservation. To do that, you’ll open your My Disney Experience app and tap the menu (three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner). Then tap the “My Plans” tile. Next, scroll down just a bit until you see the park reservation that you’d like to cancel. Once you select that reservation, you’ll see an area to tap “Cancel.” After you cancel the reservation, you’ll be asked to confirm the cancellation. Then you can make your new Disney Park Pass reservation!
Cindy, please come back to planDisney if we can help you with any other planning questions! We’re always happy to help!
