Can I cancel my park reservation and will I receive a refund

    Hi, Monica!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so sorry that it sounds like your vacation plans might be experiencing a plot twist. It's so hard to be looking forward to a trip and then need to change things up!

Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to change your theme park reservation to a different date as long as your tickets are still valid. Your tickets will stay linked to your Disney account so that you can make a new theme park reservation when you're ready to visit!

You can visit the Make or Modify Park Reservations page to change your plans. Once you're signed in you should be able to see reservations sorted by day. On the right side of the page, you can click "Modify Reservation" or "Cancel Reservation" to select a new date or confirm that you are canceling your plans that day. You'll need to follow that same process for each day that you have park reservations. When you are ready to visit you can go back to that same page to make new park reservations!

When you're deciding when to visit you might want to check out this post from the Disney Parks Blog that outlines all the special events for 2024! If you love delicious food then a visit during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival might be perfect for you. Maybe the Force is strong in your family? If so, plan to visit during Season of the Force for an out-of-this-world adventure!

Monica, I'm sorry that your plans have to change. But I'm wishing for you to make it to the Disneyland Resort real soon!

    Keep moving forward!
