    How do I cancel a park reservation. I can’t find “my plans” on the app. And the future plans does not have a cancel option

    Hello Iora!

    I love using the My Disney Experience app on my phone during my Walt Disney World vacations!

    The easiest way that I have found to cancel a theme park reservation is to use the My Disney Experience Website instead of the My Disney Experience app. On the My Disney Experience Webpage, find My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets Daily Itinerary, and then scroll down to the specific date that you wish to cancel. Press the View Details button and then you will see a Modify Reservation and a Cancel Reservation link. You can cancel your theme park reservation or modify it. Once you have canceled your theme park reservation, you will be able to make another theme park reservation if you wish.
