    How to cancel park reservation?

    Hi Rick,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with a great question!

Hooray for making Disney Park Pass system reservations! That is to be celebrated. I do, however, understand that plans can change. From the Walt Disney World Website, log into your My Disney Experience account and click on My Plans. You should be able to scroll through your plans and find the park pass reservation that you need to cancel. Click on the link that says View Details. You should then see an option to cancel that park pass reservation.

If you intend to make another park pass reservation, check the theme park availability calendar to make sure there is park pass availability for the dates that you do want to visit before you cancel an existing park pass reservation. And always remember to check that availability calendar before making any changes. Availability is limited.

As you continue to plan, I do hope you have booked a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. We love the amazing decor and amenities at these resort hotels. It truly feels like staying in the middle of the magic. We prefer resort hotels with access to Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation. These include Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. We actually adore Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa because they have walking paths to Magic Kingdom. Know also that Guests at Disney Deluxe resort hotels get access to Extended Evening Theme Park Hours.

Rick, I trust you will get that park pass reservation cancelled and I hope you make plans to visit on another day!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
