How I cancel my park reservation?

Hi Sherry Jill! Welcome to planDisney!

While I'm sad to hear that you need to cancel your upcoming Disney Park Pass reservation, I'm hoping you will still be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon! Plans change for Guests all the time, so it is understandable. Since you live in Florida, that makes you a neighbor of Mickey Mouse, and I'm sure he'll be thrilled to welcome you any time!

To cancel your Disney Park Pass reservation, sign in to your My Disney Experience account, then go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the main Walt Disney World website. Under your plans, you should see any Disney Park Pass reservations that you have. Find the one you want to cancel and select "View Details." This will bring up your reservation and there will be a link that says, "Cancel This Reservation." Clicking that link will walk you through the prompts to cancel your reservation.

I hope this helps, Sherry Jill! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
