Welcome Gina!
We are thrilled to answer your first question here at planDisney! Our knowledgeable panelists are passionate about helping Guests make the most of their Disney vacation with personalized tips and advice.
As the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort continues, all Guests with valid admission must make a park reservation in advance via the
Disney Park Pass system before visiting a theme park. Both a reservation and valid tickets are required for the same park on the same date for Guests ages 3 and up. We are going through unprecedented times and plans can change anytime, that is why you are welcome to cancel theme park reservations and book new reservations once again,
subject to availability. Please visit
My Plans on My Disney Experience, scroll down to find your Disney Park Pass and view its details in order to cancel it.
I highly recommend keeping the latest version of the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. You will have every single detail of your visit readily available anytime, anywhere, and you will be able to share all your plans with friends and family. You can also cancel theme park reservations using the app, but you must
sign in to your Disney account online to make new ones.
Thank you for stopping by, Gina! I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit.
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
