Can I cancel one of my ticket’s?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Norma!

Life happens, and plans change; that is a given. Sometimes those plans can interfere with Walt Disney World Resort’s vacation plans, which is understandable.

While your theme park tickets can not be modified or refunded, you may be able to change the date of the theme park reservation as long as the tickets remain unused. To modify (change date, park, or party members) or cancel a theme park reservation, simply visit your Disney Park Pass Reservation and make the necessary changes. Please note that once you use your theme park ticket, it is subject to the Ticket Expiration Timeline. For example, if you purchase a 3-day theme park ticket, that ticket will expire five days after your selected start date. I hope this helps.

Please return and let us know if you need additional assistance.

    Have a magical day!
