Timothy from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Can I cancel just one person's reservation in my party without cancelling the others? I don't see an 'edit reservation' option.

Hey there, Timothy. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with your question for us.

I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! Cancelling part of your group’s reservation is fairly simple. You can do this on the Disneyland mobile app by signing into your Disney account.

On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations”.
Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”. (*Hakuna Matata! It means “no worries”, you’re not canceling ALL the reservations by clicking this.)
Go ahead and select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellation. You’ll click on the specific guest’s name you need to cancel the park reservation for. And that’s it! You will receive an email confirming the specific cancellation.

Since Disneyland Resort's theme park reservations are limited, when you’re ready to reschedule your visit, be sure to make the new park reservation as soon as possible so that the new date and park of your choosing do not run out!

If you have more trip-planning questions, please feel free to visit us again on planDisney! We’re all EARs!

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
