Howdy Damaris!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for sharing your question with us!
I see that you need to modify your existing reservation. Suppose your Disney Resort Collection hotel rooms have different reservation numbers. In that case, you may be able to cancel one of your Disney Resort Collection hotel rooms from your
My Disney Experience account. If you can cancel this reservation through your My Disney Experience account, you will find this option in the “My Reservations” area. Where your reservation information is listed, you will see the option to “Cancel Reservation.” Suppose you booked two Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages, and your Disney Resort Collection hotel room is bundled with your theme park tickets. In that case, you will be able to cancel the reservation and tickets. If your Disney Resort Collection hotel room and tickets are bundled in a vacation package, and you are canceling more than 30-days before your check-in date, then you will receive a full refund. If you booked your theme park tickets separate from your Disney Resort Collection hotel room, then your theme park tickets will be non-refundable. Your wholly unused theme park tickets can be used towards a future visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Suppose you cannot cancel one of your Disney Resort Collection hotel rooms from your My Disney Experience. In that case, you will need to
call the
Walt Disney World Resort, and a Cast Member will assist in canceling your reservation.
