How do I cancel one of the Disney tickets

Hi Joyce, and welcome to planDisney!

I can certainly understand that plans change, and if you think about it, there is always a chance of things changing, especially when you plan a Walt Disney World Resort vacation well in advance. I have had to cancel on occasion, but believe me, things have always worked out.

Unfortunately, theme park tickets at Walt Disney World Resort are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, after the expiration date, “the price paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price.” This is good news because the ticket in question could be used for a future visit and would give the user something to look forward to (a win in my book). If you have specific questions about your theme park tickets, call (407) 939-1289 and speak with a cast member who will be able to assist you. I hope this helps.

Please return and let us know if you require additional assistance! Just let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical day!
