Can I cancel my one day ticket and purchase a cheaper one, and receive credit for the difference?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Lia. We're so glad you stopped by to share this question with us. It sounds like a visit to the Disneyland Resort is in the works and I'm delighted to help.

Unfortunately, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable. While you can use your 1-day tiered ticket on a day for a lower tier, no refunds or credit will be given for the price difference. I wish I had better news to share, Lia. If you think you might visit the Disneyland Resort another time in the future before your current 1-day ticket expires, you could save this ticket to use for that future visit instead. Keep in mind that with a tiered ticket, there may be a difference in price or restrictions for when you are able to use it in the future for a different date. I recommend carefully reviewing all of the terms and conditions before making any decisions.

If you are planning to visit soon, you will get to celebrate friendship and beyond at Pixar Fest. There are so many wonderful things to experience and I definitely recommend more than one visit to experience as much as you can. I can't wait to go back to cross off as many eats and treats from my must-try list for the Pixar Fest Marketplaces.

Lia, while this is probably not the answer you were looking for, I hope the information I shared is still helpful. No matter what you decide, I know you'll still have a magical adventure at the Happiest Place on Earth.

    To infinity and beyond!
