Can I cancel my one day Disneyland ticket?

    Hi Sabrina!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question!

You are welcome to cancel your Theme Park Reservation. But that does not trigger a refund. That is because Theme Park Tickets for the Disneyland Resort are valid for a future visit through the end of their stated expiration date. To change a Theme Park Reservations, please log in to your Disneyland Account select "My Disneyland" then click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Make or Modify Park Reservation." You will then be able to select a new theme park reservation for your desired date. Theme Park Reservations are limited and subject to availability. So, please check the Availability Calendar to make sure your desired date and theme park are accepting reservations for your ticket type on the new date.

But, even if you can’t visit before your tickets expire, don’t worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, when you are ready to use the tickets, simply head to a Main Entrance ticket booth upon arrival and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket funds towards a new ticket purchase.

I hope this helps! If you have more questions, please send them our way!
