can i cancel memory maker due to you can not remove your face mask to get pictures

Welcome to planDisney, Gordon! Thank you so much for visiting us with your question.

Memory Maker is a non-refundable product. It is best to contact a Disney Cast Member by phone to discuss your situation and see what options you may have.

If you decide to keep your Memory Maker product, Disney PhotoPass photographers add lots of extra pixie dust to your pictures to add a bit of magic. I have seen several, such as adding in your favorite Disney characters in the shot doing silly things - and they are such fun! Or to jazz up your photos, you can purchase Disney themed face masks. Shop Disney, as well as your local Disney Store, carry face masks that meet the current face-covering requirements. You can also find these coverings for sale at shops and kiosks throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. My kids have found these to be the most breathable and comfortable of everything we have tried, though I think having their favorite Disney characters on them may help! If you don't want your face coverings to be seen at all during your socially distanced character meet and greets or your iconic PhotoPass photo in front of Cinderella Castle, bring a few small photo booth props with you to the Theme Parks. There are several different types available out there, including princess or holiday themes or fun conversation bubbles with fun phrases. You could even make and customize your own!

I love Memory Maker and add it to all my Walt Disney World Resort vacations. It is hard to decide which PhotoPass pictures you want to download to capture our trip's memories, so I am so thankful with Memory Maker, we can have them all!

    Have a magical day, Gordon!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
