    can i cancel imagine key pass

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your Magic Key Pass, but unfortunately, the Magic Key Terms and Conditions state that passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable.  You can also reach out to the Magic Key Membership Services Line to speak to a Cast Member directly to discuss your individual situation, and see if there is anything they can do to assist.  

    There are so many wonderful benefits of being a Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder, especially the great merchandise and dining discounts!  I hope that you reconsider keeping your Magic Key Pass, that way you can unlock the magic the entire year especially with the exciting Disney100 celebration happening throughout the resort.  I was able to experience World of Color - ONE at Disney California Adventure Park and I thought it was spectacular!
