I'm sorry to hear you need to cancel your dining reservation at
Il Mulino at the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" You should be able to cancel your dining reservation from your
My Disney Experience account. Start by logging into your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the homepage and then select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down your planning page until you see your reservation at Il Mulino. You should see an option there to modify or cancel the reservation. If you don't see the reservation listed or the option to cancel, not to worry! You can call the restaurant directly at (407) 934-1199.
Have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app yet? It's magic at your fingertips! You can use the app to cancel your Il Mulino dining reservation too. Just tap on the three little horizontal lines on the app home screen and then tap on the "Future Plans" box. Scroll down to find your reservation and then select the cancel option!
You'll also want to have access to the My Disney Experience mobile app so that you can take advantage of the new
Disney Genie Service. This complimentary feature on the app is sure to optimize your time and maximize your fun in the theme parks!
