How do I cancel my hotel/park pass reservations?

    Greetings Regan!

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. I am so sorry to hear that you need to cancel your upcoming trip. I understand that plans often change, especially travel plans.

There are a few different options for canceling your current reservations. You may also be able to change your dates if you are looking to postpone your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. The first and easiest way to modify or cancel a reservation is online through My Disney Experience. Once you have signed in to your account, go to the My Reservations link. You will see a link with the option to "cancel reservation" online. You may also see a link labeled "modify reservation". If your upcoming trip can only be canceled by phone, these links will not be listed. To cancel over the phone you will need to call 407-934-7639. You can also make any modifications through this phone number. It's important to note that cancelation fees may apply, depending on your arrival date.

I do hope that you are able to visit sometime in the near future. The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration will be continuing throughout 2022. The EARidescent beauty will be on display across all four theme parks. There are two new amazing nighttime spectaculars, Disney Enchantment and Harmonious. These shows have powerful music and beautiful firework displays that are sure to delight everyone in your travel party. I should also mention that Mickey and Minnie have never looked better.

I hope this advice helps to make your change of plans as easy as possible.
