    can I cancel my hotel reservations for All star in September?

    Thank you for coming to see us here at planDisney, and thank you for your question.

    The policies and procedures for canceling a Walt Disney World Resort room-only reservation would have been outlined in the Terms and Conditions that were applicable at the time that you booked your reservation.

    Hoping that it's helpful, I can share the current information on the room-only reservation cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation at least 5 days before your arrival, you can receive a refund of your deposit.

    You can cancel your room-only reservation by calling the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 934-7639.

    You might also be able to cancel your reservation online. There are some types of reservations that you can cancel by signing in to your My Disney Experience account and going to your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" area. If you have the type of reservation that can be canceled online, you should see a link to cancel the reservation.
