How can I cancel my hotel reservations

Hi Samantha! Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question.

I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel your reservations. Canceling can be so disappointing! Hopefully, your next trip is right around the corner. When life got in the way of our Disneyland Resort plans, planning that next trip helped make it a little less painful.

In order to modify or cancel your Disneyland Resort Hotel reservations, please call the Disneyland Hotel Reservations line or Vacation Packages line for reservations booked with room and theme park admission tickets. A Cast Member can assist you in making the necessary changes from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time.

Please be aware of the cancelation policy for hotel reservations. Room-only reservations can be canceled up to 5 days before your arrival for a full refund. Less than 5 days and cancelation will incur a cancelation fee of the first night's room rate plus fees and taxes. For a Vacation Package, cancelation with a full refund must take place 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancelations between 5 and 29 days ahead of arrival will result in a refund minus a $200 fee with that price subject to change.

If you're considering another trip, check out the Disney Parks Blog for upcoming new experiences you might want to check out and the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to ensure you can visit on your preferred date. I've got a stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa on my priority list and a ride on Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway in Mickey's Toontown in Disneyland Park.

Here's to your next magical visit!
