    How to cancel hotel reservation

    I am so sorry to hear you will have to cancel your reservation. I have just recently canceled a booking, so I know how frustrating this can be. Although your vacation plans did not turn out as expected, the magic will be waiting for you whenever you decide to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in the future!

    Did you know that it is possible to cancel a reservation online? Sign in to your Disney account, visit My Plans, scroll down to find your booking details, and select Cancel Reservation. Please note that room-only and vacation package reservations have different cancelation policies to be eligible for a refund. That is why I highly recommend checking the terms and conditions of your booking and the cancelation policy in advance. If you have issues canceling your reservation online, don't hesitate to contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936, and Cast Members will be glad to assist you.
