Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us such an important question.
It's a sad fact that sometimes even the best-laid plans need to be altered, or worst still, cancelled. And that even applies to magical travel plans to holiday at
Walt Disney World Resort.
Lee, I'm able to share that at this time Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom, are able to either
modify or cancel a booking with the Walt Disney Travel Company by contacting Cast Members via email -
disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com A cancellation email must, of course, be from the lead passenger and should contain a brief outline of the reason for cancellation, plus contain the original booking reference number too. Helpful Cast Members will then be able to provide a cancellation invoice for any outstanding amount owing, or if appropriate, action any refund which may be due.
For me, the best way to view any of life's little cancellations is that it isn't a "
Never", it just means, "
Not right now!" Which I sincerely hope is the case for you too Lee.
