Crystal, it sounds like you've purchased theme park tickets which include
Disney Genie+ service. Unfortunately, once theme park tickets are purchased, they are
nontransferable and nonrefundable. However, in some cases, unused and unexpired tickets can be used for a future vacation. If you'd like to talk through options that may be available to you, my best recommendation would be to
call a Cast Member. They will be happy to talk with you about your available options!
If you're wondering if you can cancel a Disney Genie+ reservation once you've made it while you're at the parks, the answer is yes! You are able to cancel a reservation for a Disney Genie+ attraction, then reserve a different time or attraction based on availability. You would do this through the
My Disney Experience app. Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then tap My Genie Day. Tap My Day to see the reservations you have, then cancel or add reservations on this page!
Crystal, you'll also want to make sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system if you haven't already. This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip! Also, check out all of the exciting
