Even though the FastPass+ system was discontinued in 2020 during the temporary closure period of Walt Disney World Resort, I know how deeply that word has become ingrained into our collective Disney vocabulary. It has been hard for me to make the transition to saying "Lightning Lane"!
If you would like to cancel a
Lightning Lane reservation booked with
Disney Genie+ service, in the
My Disney Experience mobile app use the menu bottom in the lower right corner of the screen to select "My Disney Genie Day", click on the Lightning Lane reservation you wish to cancel, and select the blue "Cancel" link. You will then be able to select which members of your party you would like to cancel the reservation for or select all. Please note that
Individual Lightning Lane purchases may not be canceled.
