I had to cancel our DW resort reservation and postpone our multi day tickets. How do I fix it in My Disney Experience? It still shows our tickets to be used Aug 16-22nd. Any idea? I don't see an option to change the dates

Hey there, Sharon! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know what it’s like to postpone a vacation, but I have to be honest, there’s something extremely exciting about booking a new vacation. I absolutely love the planning process!

In short, your tickets will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021, so there isn’t any heavy lifting that you need to do on your end! Plus, if you are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.

When making adjustments to your account, I always advise my friends and family members to give My Disney Experience a day to fully update with my adjustments. However, if you’re still seeing the incorrect dates after a day or two, you might consider reaching out to the Disney Reservation Center and they will work their magic.

As you look to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation, be sure to rely on us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My fellow panelists sure do have a wealth of knowledge!

Be sure to tell Mickey I said hello during your rescheduled vacation!
