    What if I cancel a Disneyworld reservation 30 days before and I do not have the debit card I booked with, how does that refund get processed?

    Hey Howdy Hey Shelly and welcome to planDisney!

    So sorry to hear that you may have to cancel your trip to Walt Disney Worl Resort. While most of the modifications and cancelations can be done online through your My Disney Experience account, in your situation you might need another option. 

    To make sure your reservation is canceled and the refund process is smooth, you would most likely need to call Disney at (407) 939-1936 and have a Cast Member walk you through this process. You should be able to give them a new card to which the refund will be applied and ensure a smooth process for your transaction.
