how do i cancel my Disneyland's park tickets

    Hey there Norman,

Thanks so much for your question and welcome to planDisney. I certainly understand that sometimes plans change. Luckily, your theme park tickets offer quite a bit of flexibility.

First, for your upcoming trip that you need to change the details for, you'll just need to cancel your theme park reservations. The tickets are good to use through their expiration (more on that below), but they just need to be coupled with valid theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit. Therefore, to cancel your visit in order to retain your tickets for use in a future trip, all you would need to do is cancel your theme park reservations.

My recommended way to do that would be through the My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. Once you log in, you'll see a blue circle that says Theme Park Reservations. If you click that, you'll see all of your existing reservations and will be able to cancel them from that window.

While theme park tickets are nonrefundable, they have a very wide window before they expire. For example, if you purchase tickets today, they would be valid for use through December 30, 2025. To check the expiration date for your specific tickets, I would recommend checking for the confirmation email you received when you purchased them. If you purchased them directly from the Disneyland Resort website, then you'd want to search your inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation" and it should be the 2-3 section down from the top.

Whenever you're ready to re-plan your Disneyland Resort vacation, all you'll need to do is secure theme park reservations for each day of your trip with your tickets (again, the My Plans hub is a great spot to do this) and you'll be all set!

If you're not able to visit before your tickets expire - Hakuna Matata! You'll still be able to apply the cost of your tickets toward the purchase of future tickets whenever you're ready to visit.

I hope you're able to re-plan your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth soon, Norman! Thanks so much for your question.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
