How can I cancel my disneyland tickets not reservations I want to cancel my tickets and get a refund

Dear Lilibeth, thanks for reaching out to us at planDisney with your question.

Lilibeth, theme park tickets are non-refundable. But they typically have a long life to use them. For instance, unused multi-day tickets purchased in 2022 will not expire until January 12, 2024. Also, the value of unused expired tickets can be applied towards the purchase of new tickets. So even though they are non-refundable, there’s a lot of flexibility in using them.

Also, an unused ticket can be transferred to someone else; you can contact Ticket Services to get the name on the ticket changed. Once any portion of the ticket is used, it can only be used by that Guest.

I know this might not be the answer you were hoping for. If you want to confirm the expiration date of your tickets, you could contact Ticket Services to inquire exactly how long you have to use them, based on what type of tickets you have.

Wishing you luck to use the tickets at a time that works best for you.

    Thanks again for stopping by,
