Hi Caitlin! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to send your question to us.
I'm so sorry to hear your plans have changed and that you won't be able to visit the Disneyland Resort this week. While I don't have access to your account, it sounds like you might have canceled your
theme park reservations to either
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park.
Theme park tickets cannot be canceled and once purchased, are nonrefundable. The good news is that you can use them for a future visit! The expiration date depends on when they were purchased, but there is time to use them. For example, one-day tickets that are purchased today through the
Disneyland website or the
Disneyland Mobile App are valid now through December 30, 2024. Even expired theme park tickets, provided they are unused, may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.
I hope you can plan to visit the magic that awaits you at The Happiest Place on Earth soon! When you are ready and have planning questions, we would love to help you at
planDisney. You've got a friend in us!
Wishing you magic,
Lisa
