    Have to cancel Disneyland tickets

Hi there, Victor. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your important question!

I'm sorry to hear that your plans have changed and you would like to cancel your tickets. Unfortunately, in most cases, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. You will need to look at your confirmation email from the time of purchase to know the exact terms. You are also welcome to speak with a Cast Member by calling the Tickets phone line at (714) 781-4636. Have your email confirmation and/or ticket information available. They may be able to offer more insight for your situation.

Victor, Disneyland theme park tickets bought from the Disneyland website list the expiration date at the time of purchase. Currently, the expiration for one-day tickets is December 30, 2026, and for multi-day tickets it is within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2027, whichever occurs first. This means that even if you aren't able to come to the Happiest Place on Earth this month, you have quite a long time before your tickets might expire. Hopefully, you will be able to squeeze in some magic!

I hope this information points you in the right direction, Victor. If you have any more questions, please feel free to reach out again.

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
