How can I cancel my Disneyland tickets

Hey there Blanca! Welcome to planDisney. We appreciate you stopping by with your question!

I'd be happy to walk you through the steps to cancel your theme park ticket reservations. This cancels the reservation date that you made but does not cancel the tickets. Your tickets are still valid and you can make new reservations for them when you have new dates. According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, theme park tickets are not refundable, however, if they expire before you can use them you can use the purchase price of the unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value.

To cancel your theme park reservations, first, you will need to head to the Disneyland website and log in to your Disney account. From there, you will hover over "My Disneyland" and then click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". From there you will scroll on the page and click on "View My Park. Reservations". This should open a new browser or page that will be titled "My Reservations". Here you will see all of your upcoming reservations and to the right of each reservation there is the option to click "Cancel Reservation". Once you click this reservation, you will be given the option to select which tickets associated with this reservation date you want to cancel and then steps to confirm this. From there you will be able to choose a new reservation if you wish or you can wait until you have new dates figured out.

Theme park reservations can be made 120 days in advance. When you have your dates figured out, be sure to stop by the Disney Parks Blog to see if there are any new announcements or events happening during your dates. This is where all of the exciting announcements will be posted first!

Blanca, while I am sorry to hear that your original plans have to be canceled, I hope you get to make new plans to visit the Disneyland Resort soon!
