Hi there, Paola! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I'm so glad to hear that you're planning a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort! I understand that plans change all the time, so I'm happy to point you in the right direction when it comes to how to change the date of your visit.
First, you'll want to cancel your original theme park reservation. You'll start on the
Disneyland Resort Website and log in to your account. Hover over the "My Disneyland" icon, then select "Tickets and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. Locate the park reservation you need to change and select "Cancel."
Next, it's time to make a new park reservation on a date that works for you. I always suggest checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before scheduling a new date. This calendar is a very helpful tool, as it shows which parks are available each day. You will see some days in grey, meaning they are full and you are unable to make a reservation that day. The little pink castle icon means that
Disneyland Park is available to reserve and the green circle Mickey icon means that you're free to book
Disney California Adventure Park!
Once you find a date that works for you, you can
make a theme park reservation here. Click the button labeled "Make a Park Reservation," then "Book Theme Park Reservation." On the next page, you'll add the members of your party. Click "Continue" then follow the prompts to confirm and finalize the reservation.
Whichever date you choose for your rescheduled visit, be sure to bring your autograph book along for the journey!
Character Greetings have officially returned to the Disneyland Resort! So for the first time in forever, hugs, autographs and high-fives are part of the character meet and greet process yet again! Hooray!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
