I had to cancel a Disneyland reservation because of a hip injury a few days beforehand. If I rebook and am still unable to go on the new date, can I change the ticket/reservation again? Is there a limit on changes ?1 Day Tier 5 ticket. Judi

    Hey Judi!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your last reservation to the Happiest Place on Earth. The last thing you want is to be struggling during your trip, so it sounds like you made the right decision to postpone it a little bit. You’ve got some options, so take some time to rest so that you will be ready when the time comes. You’ve got a tier 5 ticket, which is a good thing as that allows you to make a theme park reservation on most days so you should be able to find new dates pretty easily.

I see that you’ve already chosen a new date and have made a theme park reservation. The good news is that there is no limit on how many times you can do this so if you need to cancel again, you can absolutely do so. Just keep in mind the expiration date of your ticket so that you can try to use it before it expires. You can find this date on the Disneyland mobile app or by calling Ticket Services. If for some reason you are unable to use your ticket before it expires, then you could use the paid amount of your current ticket and put that amount towards the purchase of a new ticket.

Well Judi, I’m sending some major pixie dust for a speedy recovery from all of here at planDisney.
