If we have to cancel our Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour a week before the reservation, are we able to receive a full refund?

    Hey there Brighton,

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! It looks like you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort in just a few days - how exciting!

When it comes to enchanting extras like the Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Near the bottom of this tour's page, in the "Know Before You Go" section, it further states that "full price will be charged and forfeited if the Guest cancels within one day or is a 'no-show' for the reservation."

Therefore, if you're not going to be able to make this tour after atall, then make sure to get it cancelled at least a day in advance to receive your refund.

This is such a fun time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth - there will be so many fun things to see and do. One of the things I'm most excited about is the 70th Celebration happening throughout most of this year. There was a recent Disney Parks Blog entry that highlighted some really fun merchandise that can be found as part of this celebration - I've got those Topps Disneyland 70th Anniversary Trading Cards high on my list!

Thanks again for your question, Brighton. I hope you have a wonderful time on your trip this week.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
