    I had to cancel my disney vacation reservation due to the current outbreak of covid. where can I find the info on my refund on your website

    I’m so sorry you had to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I know how disappointing it must be, but it's perfectly understandable if you don’t feel comfortable traveling right now.

    You’ll find information about Disney’s cancellation policy on the Terms and Conditions page on the Walt Disney World website. Refund amounts differ based on what kind of reservations you had, so you can refer to the information for your particular package for more details. You can also call Disney’s Guest Relations and speak to a Cast Member who will be happy to help you figure out your options.
