I had to cancel my disney reservations. How do I get refunded?

    Hi Janet, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry you had to cancel your theme park reservations. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but there is some good news I can offer! If you purchased your tickets this year from the Disneyland Resort website, you have plenty of time to use them! One-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2023, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2024, or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first. So hopefully you can choose another date in the future that will work better for you to visit the Disneyland Resort!

In the worst case that your tickets happen to expire, even then you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So I hope this gives you some comfort and options for the future.
