I am so sorry to hear you are wanting to cancel your
Annual Pass for Walt Disney World Resort. Let's see if we can get you some answers.
Considering you are already an owner of the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, if you do not want to renew, not to worry, there is nothing you need to do.
Annual Passes do not auto-renew, so there is nothing you need to do to cancel it. It will just simply expire and you will no longer have any financial obligations after the expiration date.
If you have recently purchased your Annual Pass and are making payments on it, this is a little different. Per the
terms and conditions of Annual Passes, once purchased, these are nonrefundable and nontransferable. There is not a way to cancel your pass, unfortunately. If you have come across a major life-changing event or financial hardship, you can always try to
give Disney a call and explain your situation to them. The Cast Members may be able to find a little magic for you however just know this may be a long shot as the contract is outlined as noted.
